Shipping & Return Policy

Honeybee Avenue does not accept returns or exchanges and will not issue refunds. All sales are final. However, if something appears damaged in your order, please feel free to contact me and I will try my best to fix the situation.

Please understand that this company is run by one single person.  I am a small business, not a large corporation. I have my own life just like you. That being said, sometimes orders can take longer than the expected delivery time to be shipped out or for you to receive them. I am always trying my best to get everything out on time, but when life gets in the way it can be difficult.  I ask that you have patience with me-if your order is not shipped immediately, don't worry, it will be soon.  Also please know that once a package is out of my hands it’s out of my control.  If your package does not reach you after a few weeks please feel free to contact me and we can work something out.  Thank you!

Please also understand that the products you are buying are all made by hand; sometimes products won't look absolutely 100% identical to the product photo (i.e. fabric pattern is placed differently, clay items are a slightly different size, etc.).  Because all of my products are handmade, no two items will ever be 100% identical! But I will always try to get them to be as close to identical as possible! Thank you for your understanding!
